This motto is our goal:
In a world where everything becomes global the technical service departments have to endeavour to ﬁnd shortest ways to their customers.
That is why Aerzener Maschinenfabrik strengthens its local service staff and net. Competent service stations intensively supported by the parent company offer their assistance to our clients not only in the well-known markets but equally in not yet or not quite industrialized countries so that a satisfying provision with service capacity can be granted.
But international activities do not mean to forget our national customers: service stations with a competent staff in order to ﬁnd the quickest and shortest distance to serve you.
We are not yet satisﬁed by just trusting in the reliability and high operational safety of our products. Therefore, Aerzener Maschinenfabrik has woven a tight net of subsidiary companies and service representations so that competent assistance and quick service are guaranteed.
Our service hotline is +49 (0)171 / 3511834 and available on working days from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. Also at the weekends somebody will be available to answer your call.
After their apprenticeship our technicians receive one more year of training to be prepared for the various tasks in the service department. Continuous training follows.
You can only be sure of it when installing an original spare part. Because despite of standardization of parts there are differences in design that are speciﬁc to manufacturer and user.
