Südharzer Gipswerk GmbH in Sulzheim have been utilizing exclusively screw compressors and positive displacement blowers of Aerzener Maschinenfabrik for more than 20 years. The commissioning of the latest unit was in February 2008, an oil-free screw compressor type VML 18 R of the new Delta Screw Generation 5 for pneumatic conveyance.

Aerzener Maschinenfabrik practice customer surveys to learn more about the satisfaction, the wishes and expectations of their customers finding out early further potential for improvement. The results of the latest survey are now available.

On a base area of 1.800 square metres, in 2008 the After Sales Service installed a new Service centre. Since then, all the machine repairs and – overhaulings are effected there – faster, more effective and above all at a more favourable price.

The After-Sales-Service of Aerzener Maschinenfabrik developed different service contracts, which are based on each other as far as their scope of performances is concerned and are custom-made for the customers’ requirements and their machine(s) made by Aerzener.

Aerzener Maschinenfabrik celebrate their 145th anniversary this year. A good reason to look back on some highlights of our eventful company history. The following issue describes the history of origins and the years of foundation until the beginning of the 20th century. For housing machining of blowers starting from profile 18 and compressors starting from profile 500 since January 2009 Aerzener Maschinenfabrik is using a new Skoda boring machine HCW 2 – a huge progress for this segment.

Daily treatment of 20 tons of flour requires a fully-automatic conveyance. Therefore at the industrial bakery Sehne in Ehningen two Aerzen DELTA BLOWERS Generation 5 now arrange for additional pressure.
