Aerzener Maschinenfabrik looks back on more than 60 years of experience in vacuum technology. With the new vacuum blowers with hermetical drive Aerzener Maschinenfabrik accomplished a new coup.

This year Aerzener Maschinenfabrik will have its 145th anniversary. Aerzen COM.PRESS uses this anniversary as an occasion to recall some highlights of the company’s eventful history. After having reported in the previous edition about the initial years, this time we are reporting about the period of time from the turn of the century until the end of World War II.

Since its foundation in the year 2006 Aerzen Machines India PVT.LTD. has grown rapidly. After moving into a new, larger building with own production capacities now the first Aerzen unit „made in India“ left the production dept.

When “Lutter Galvanotechnik” produced powder mixtures in former times they had to accept a high dust loading. A customised plant for filling, mixing and bagging now improves the situation with conveying air “powered by Aerzen”.

Things are on the move at Aerzen factory premises: Not only a new production area is being established but also investments for logisticis of optimized routes are made in the existing buildings.

Stadtwerke (municipal energy supplier) of Saarbrücken use inflammable methane gas of a subterranean reservoir for generating heat. Therefore concerning the revision of the suction plant especially severe security precautions had to be observed.

The coking plant “Zentralkokerei Saar” located in Dillingen has been operating an Aerzen Two-Stage Process Gas Plant type VRO for 27 years. After 40.000 operating hours an inspection has now become necessary.
