The Brazilian subsidiary of Aerzener Maschinenfabrik Aerzen do Brazil celebrated its decennial existence with customers, business partners and colleagues of other South American Aerzen subsidiaries on 16th June 2010.

The production of oil-free compressed air with a maximum pressure of 1,0 to 1,5 bar has been so far a delicate issue: Blowers could not achieve this pressure range whereas screw compressors are relatively expensive. The Solution: Delta Hybrid, the new series of Aerzener Maschinenfabrik, which gave best experiences to the cement plant Rohrdorf near Rosenheim.

Aerzen continues to invest considerably. After building a new factory hall the new machines have found their way into the hall, such as a highly modern portal machining centre. Thanks to various possibilities, this centre sets new standards in the manufacture of blower- and compressor profiles.

Exactly dosed oxygen is indispensable for the proper function of a biologically working sewage plant. Three speed-controlled Aerzen units ensure this ideal oxygen supply in the sewage plant Berchtesgaden. Two units are of the new series ”Delta Hybrid”.

In many cases compressed air for pneumatic conveying is not required in a constant, but in a varying volume depending on the demand. Speed-controlled Positive Displacement blowers generate the conveying air particularly economically, as they adjust their capacity to the varying demand.
