For pneumatic transport for bulk material handling the industry uses Aerzener products, e.g. DELTA BLOWER, DELTA BLOWER Generation 5, DELTA SCREW, DELTA SCREW Generation 5, DELTA HYBRID and Bulk Vehicle Blowers.
"We have been using Aerzener positive displacement blowers and screw compressors for more than 15 years in the field of pneumatic conveyance in our plant. We appreciate the high degree of professional competence of Aerzener staff, the customized realization of all projects and the high reliability of the products. Necessary service was always done to our complete satisfaction."
Helmut Weiss, Works Manager, Südharzer Gipswerk GmbH, Sulzheim/Deutschland
"Aerzener Maschinenfabrik not only offers an exactly suitable program for realization of our demanding projects. We are also convinced of the technology and of the service."

Lutter Galvanotechnik GmbH in Bischberg produces electroplating pulverised ready mixtures. The customers dissolve this powder in water which forms a chemical bath in which oil, grease and layers of scale and coatings of rust are removed from metal parts to provide ideal conditions for further processing.
In former times these mixtures had been conveyed manually via gyro wheel mixers generating considerable dust loading in the production facilities. The consequence was pollution of the respiratory tract of the employees and substantial extra costs for additional cleaning. This was the reason why Lutter searched for a solution for the filling, mixing and bagging process that would generate dust at a minimum rate. Georg Stein Process Equipment has been of support.
"For my projects I always look for subcontractors to whom I can trust absolutely. Aerzener Maschinenfabrik has proven this reliability again and again."
Georg Stein, Owner of Georg Stein Process Equipment
In many industrial areas but especially in the pneumatic transport of bulk materials the requirements towards machine manufacturers with regard to explosion protection are steadily increasing. Aerzener Maschinenfabrik responds to this development with a path-breaking concept.
