Concept/layout
- Efficient compressor stage with bronze casting and stainless steel rotors
- Discharge temperature < 60°C
- Grease-lubricated bearings (some permanently)
- Direct drive, no transmission losses
- “SCD”-motor with protection class IP 55, VFD-duty
- Frequency inverter optional
- Integrated refrigeration dryer with pressure dew point down to + 3°C
- Closed water loop with efficient separator, water filter and sacrificial anode
- Powerful cooler (water- or air cooled)
- Flexible control: control, monitor & capture data
The advantages of the water-injected compression technology are obvious:

low investment costs:
few components, compact design, a refrigeration dryer is already integrated; no particle filters necessary, all the control- and regulating tasks can be monitored and managed already by the integrated control system for the entire compressed air station

low operating costs:
integrated frequency converter, direct drive, increased energy efficiency due to low compression temperatures of 55° C

high operating safety:
the injection water "exchanges" itself once a day. The fresh water is generated from the refrigeration dryer in form of pure condensate, therefore no forming of germs and bacteria.

the simple and stable concept has proven on the market in more than 500 plants already, especially in sensible fields such as foodstuff industry, medical technology and the electronic industry.
